Account and User Settings
Now you have the option to control the field management in the account level. First setup the customization for one of the users. Applying these settings to all other users in your account is done by our support team. Send us a request and we’ll be happy to set this up for you – our support team.
We’ve launched a new user settings instance which allows you to customize the default country code for the Chat Now Button. Choose the country codes you want supported by simply selecting specific countries.
How? Simply right-click the Whatslly icon in the Chrome address bar and click Options.
Chat Messages Selector by Day
To make it easier for you to keep track of your interactions with customers, use the new option that automatically selects all sent and received messages by specific day.
How ? Click next to the date bubble at the top of the daily thread (the blue row that contains only the date), and all the following messages for that specific day will be selected automatically.
Your extension should be upgraded automatically, but if you see in the Whatslly panel a note that asks you to upgrade you can follow these instructions to do it.
