As a Sales Development Representative at Whatslly, you’ll play a key role in prospecting new business for the company and be one of the first SDR’s in Latin America!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reach out to new leads to convey Whatslly’s value proposition.
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled demos with our product experts.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to share and learn best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
  • Some experience in selling software to companies (B2B) and a desire to become great at it.
  • Would be great if you have some background with CRM systems and specifically with Salesforce.
  • Must: fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese and good command of English.

As a Client Success Manager at Whatslly, you will establish partnerships with our clients based on value and ROI. These partnerships are created by securing long-lasting relationships, based on exceptional service and delivering the power of the Whatslly suite of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully and consistently deliver ROI and value for our customers by consulting for their business while leveraging Whatslly solutions.
  • Demonstrate the continuous value of our solutions by successfully renewing annual customers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points where we can deliver even greater value for our clients.
  • Lead the knowledge sharing effort derived from the voice of the customer between all departments of our company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
  • 2+ years minimum experience in a CSM or Account Management role – preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Upselling and renewal experience preferred.
  • Must: fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese and good command of English.

As a Technical Support Lead at Whatslly, you will engage our customers and help troubleshooting complex web and backend technology issues they experience. You will also work closely with the product and engineering teams to continuously improve the product based on customer inputs, and be in charge of writing how to’s and technical guides.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage assigned cases to meet service agreement levels.
  • Ongoing support and working closely with the business teams throughout the company
  • Availability 24/7 for urgent support escalations (very uncommon, but happen…)
  • Lead the technical knowledge portal, including writing, updating and sharing with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to understand flows and provide creative technical solutions.
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
  • Proven experience with internet technologies including: HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL and tools like: Salesforce and Chrome Extensions.
  • Must: fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese and good command of English.

As a Full Stack Developer at Whatslly, you will play an important part in the development of new features, from design to deployment, of a high-performance and scalable Platform. You will join a small team of brilliant engineers, where technical debates and creative problem solving are everyday practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write new code for frontend and backend.
  • Document current and re-document missing legacy code.
  • Creatively develop awesome features in our new and existing projects.
  • Development of API integrations.
  • Contribute to major decisions and vision of new and ongoing projects.
  • Be in charge of, and handle major version changes to production.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We don’t really care in what language you code, we care about your code quality: if your code is Maintainable & Readable, and you think of Performance & Scalability while coding – Ping us 🙂
  • Proven experience with internet technologies including: HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL and tools like: Salesforce and Chrome Extensions.
  • Experience with Linux and Web-related technologies, AWS, Database Design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing infrastructure and/or product core.
